"I think the food is always good when I stop in plus Friendly service"
"Classic Jersey diner with a huge menu. We stopped in for breakfast and it was very good. I opted for the Breakfast Quesadilla and it was great! It had scrambled eggs, bacon and Jack Cheese topped with salsa. And the platter included hash browns (see photo). And very important in order to be a great Jersey diner --- the coffee is excellent!"
"A great Jersey Diner at the Summerville Circle. I like stopping here when I come back to visit the family. Tonight I stopped in about 10:55ish, ~35 minutes before closing and the owner greeted me at the counter with warmth and hospitality. I asked if it was too late for a plate of disco fries (I've worked in restaurants when I was younger and remember the feeling of last minute customers.) He said not at all, and got my order to the kitchen right away. I initially declined a drink, but his hospitality came back out and he said "are you sure you don't want at least a glass of water?" I did accept. The fries and gravy were out pretty quick. I dug in right away, and the owner (now sitting a few sears down the counter and continuing to greet customers) glanced over and figured they looked a bit dry and could use some more gravy, which he kindly offered. We chatted a bit about Poutine (Canada's dish of fries, gravy, and cheese curds,) which he's interested in trying out. The disco fries hit the spot of course, and I'll be looking forward to coming back on my next visit back to Jersey. I think this is what makes Time to Eat Diner so special - the warmth and hospitality. These are wonderful people serving Jersey comfort food, and they love seeing their customers well taken care of. I wish them many more decades of good business. Thanks, guys!"
"The service and food is always great, I looooove their pancakes! We’re usually seated within no longer than 5 minutes from checking in. I ordered a caramel latte & it made me smile, it was just as delicious as it looked! My family and I come here every now & then & I can honestly say, we have never had a disappointing experience.. everything always goes smooth! Everything we order is delivered with all of our specifications. The staff here is very attentive, kudos to this staff & team for running such a nice diner"
"Great diner! Sharon, our waitress, was exceptional and made the experience just wonderful. She was thoughtful, made sure our kids were always taken care of (even when the place was very busy!) and had a constant smile on her face. We felt so lucky that she was taking care of us."
"We were passing by. Just drop a family friend off and he recommended us to stop by and try the food. And omg are we so glad we did. The restaurant Is quite quaint. The restaurant is clean and the staff super friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend it if you're in the area. Stop by and try some of their food. The pictures below are exactly what we got. The only exception we got four pies and one cake and they were all amazing. Highly recommend."
"It's a typical diner experience, if there ever was one for New Jersey, and my first visit and Very good! Was passing through. It's worth the stop is you see it. My friend along the ride recommended it from his past experience. It was crowded."
"The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were huge! All four of us left full and satisfied. We’ll definitely stop by again when we’re in the area! ... I visited this diner for the second time with my mom for breakfast, and once again, everything was great! I definitely need to come back - I still haven’t tried their Polish dishes."
